Naturally Dyed Maker’s Mini Yarn Balls 16ply
All naturally dyed 16-ply, 100% Australian woolen yarn, perfect to use for your next punch needle or fiber art piece. Please note these yarns are intended for craft use and are not for garment making. Do not wash or tumble dry these yarns.

Naturally dyed by me in Melbourne, using only plants and natural materials to create a range of beautiful colours.
What plant I used for each colour:
- Indigo Blue - natural indigo powder which is produced from the Indigo plant's leaves
- Dusty Pink - avocado pips
- Silver - avocado pips with iron
- Camel - black tea leaves
- Sunset Orange - onion skins
- Rust - avocado pips overdyed with onion skins
These yarns were dyed specifically to be included in my first round of punch needle kits, so the weight and ply are perfect for use with both the regular and fine Amy Oxford punch needles.
Due to the nature of natural dyeing, there may be variation within the colour throughout the yarn. Please also note that if you are planning to use multiple balls of one colour, there may be a slight variation in colour between each ball. Once the colour is sold out, I won't be restocking the exact same colour again.
As with all naturally dyed products, special care must be taken with this yarn. Do not leave it exposed to direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as this may cause it to discolour. If you need to wash your fibre, do so in a cool hand wash separately to all other goods.
