shipping & returns
Due to COVD-19 restrictions, shipping is taking longer than usual. I am doing my best to ship your order with the fastest courier possible. As soon as shipping has been processed you will be notified via email or text as to the details of your shipment so you can track along with where it is.
I use Sendle for all shipped items, Australia-wide and internationally. Sendle are 100% carbon neutral and provide a quick delivery time to most places around the world.
If you are local to Melbourne and want to forgo the shipping costs, you can choose Local Pickup during checkout and I can then arrange a time with you to pick-up your item from a shop front in Richmond, 3121.
Please find below a list of estimated shipping times depending on your location. You will be issued a tracking number once your order is sent so you can keep up to date with its travels. Please note that COVID is causing postage delays everywhere with every service, we cannot help this.
2021 CHRISTMAS DELIVERY CUT-OFF DATES
With an enormous increase in demand of online shopping, parcel delivery times both locally within Australia and internationally are expected to stretch out longer than usual over the holiday period. I have not received specific Christmas cut-off dates for regions as of yet (but will publish as soon as available), however I do encourage you to make your purchases well in advance to avoid any disappointment with potential shipping delays.
I endevour to get all orders out as quickly as possible, and use express shipping on all orders as standard, however I cannot guarantee that holdups will not happen after your package leaves my hands.

shipping WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Please note shipping is only available to home or business addresses. Shipping to a PO Box is not available.
Please note some countries will charge you a customs fee. Please check with your customs office before ordering. If you have ordered and customs holds your parcel you should be notified by them. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 2 weeks, please check your tracking and contact your local post office for assistance.
A LITTLE NOTE ON PACKAGING
I use sustainable & recyclable packaging as much as I can, this includes packing tape, shipping boxes, labels, wrapping paper and more. I care deeply for the environment, so if you have any suggestions of a more sustainable packaging options please let me know!
Kits & Yarn
I want you to be completely satisfied with my products and will gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt where the products are in new, unused condition, in original packaging.
If you would like to return an item, simply email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number, the items you would like to return and the reason for return. Once confirmed, it is up to the purchaser to pay for and organise shipping of the item back to the address specified in communication. Please ship back in original packaging in original condition.
Once I receive your item, I will process your refund back to the original form of payment and notify you when this has been completed, which usually takes 2-5 business days depending on your bank provider. Please note that any original shipping charges will not be included in the refund amount.
Unfortunately due to the nature of digital purchases, I don’t accept refunds for these products.
